Refund policy

Fabric is cut to order
Because we cut each length of fabric to your order, we can't take back fabric that has been cut, unless it arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered.

Bags and shirts
You can return an unused bag or shirt in its original condition within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. You pay the return postage unless the item is faulty.

Damaged or wrong items
If something arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, email us at agabaza@aycas.co.zw within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We'll replace it or refund you in full, including postage.

Refunds
Refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days of us receiving the return.
